In 2015, almost 4 years ago Google launched Email App that is likely to Gmail. It is one of the important feature of Gmail. As Google is going to shut down inbox so, some of the important features of inbox are added to Gmail. Most popular features of Gmail are:

Through this action, you can point any email from your inbox and quickly take action like mark as an archive or read without opening an email.

Gmail also added an alternative feature of Gmail like you can use star, custom labels, alternatives for bundles and reminders, Gmail search if you use pins in the inbox. However, not all the features of inbox are added to Gmail.
